In today’s world, we are overstimulated with doom and gloom, worse case scenarios, headlines of this shooting, this economic collapse, this President ______, this social media said ______, this famous person said_______blah blah blah blah blah.
Don’t get me wrong, I pay attention, and it’s important to not live in ignorance. HOWEVER, other than voting and calling our reps or senators, there’s not much else we can do…maybe take part in community or school boards or jump into politics. By all means, if that’s your calling, please do your best to represent our country and your community with integrity, not molding to the values of your highest paying lobbyist. But that’s politics, I’ll let other freedom-loving Americans handle that.
BUT for the rest of us, what can we do?
Demonstrate our rebellion to the chaos, despair, and fear around us through personal excellence. It is the ONLY and MOST IMPORTANT thing we can control.
One of my favorite entrepreneurs to listen to, Andy Frisella, talks about it all the time. I did his 75 Hard program. I didn’t have time to worry about or pay much attention to worldly things when I was working on myself. Great program. However, for the context of my life, wrong content.
Over the past couple years there have been systems and habits I’ve dialed in on to explode my life in the areas of my health, my wealth-building and personal finances, and my relationships.
These 8 habits I want to share with you for FREE so you can experience the same breakthrough in your life and experience the BEST that life has to offer you, EVEN amongst the craziest times many of us have ever experienced.
Control what you can control. Accept what you can’t control.
Here’s what a life of personal excellence does…
When you change yourself, you change your household. When you change your household, you change your neighborhood. When you change your neighborhood, you change your community. When you change your community, you change your city. When we change cities, we change countries.
It only takes ONE in a city, a community, a household, that has had enough.
Let’s be that change.
See you on the other side of 90 Frames.
Rise With Us.
